Merry Christmas!

With the hours counting til Christmas, it’s a nice time to stop for a moment, amongst the panic of organisation, and give yourself a pat on the back for all your acheivements this year. After seeing my last client for the year, it suddenly hit me as to how much I have created this year, and what a fabulous, yet tough year it had been.

Kicking off with the birth of my son Zac, certainly set the tone for 2009. Becoming a parent was more than I could ever imagine -  a huge learning curve, weeks of sleep deprivation, fuelled by an amazing and ever growing amount of love.  However, the business had to keep rolling along, which meant a huge juggling act of babysitting between my husband and I. Then, as I started to find my feet as a mother, I decided to keep the creative juices flowing, and grow Greentree Wellbeing into a corporate wellbeing services company, whilst still keeping the clinic operational.

Wow, what a year it has been! I am so so greatful to all my wonderful family, friends and clients, as you have given me the strength to reach for my dreams and to keep focussing on what I love doing. I am so excited about the new year ahead. Never being one for New Years Resolutions, this year I am seriously putting thought into it, as the saying goes – “we are what we focus on on”.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year!

  3. Hi there, I just finished reading some of your posts and found you to be quite informative. Thanks.

  4. I always have a tendency to ponder somewhat harder in relation to everything right after I look over somebody new’s site and their own insights. This and also other posts on your site here certainly give some food for thought. Interestingly, Bing brought me here while i was working away at exercise and medical research. Had a blast going through your articles and I’ll be adding you to my Google Reader to help keep track in the future. Thanks again!
